Food Inc, Finally!! after years of wishing I could watch it! Wish finally granted :) I also watched bazaar foods and other kitchen fundamental skills :)

@ 5:30 pm I started preparing by putting my white apron on and 2 white towels :) I took a picture of the classroom for 1108 class. As you can see the other class is still going on!

So, all of chef Roa's class are busy getting organized while waiting for the other class to finish! :)
Just checking out the employment board :) to get some inspiration!

A student sent some lovely cakes to Chef Cohen's class!! Yummm I took a slice and it was YUMMY!!!

Say hi to Chef Cochran! :) I didn't see him for two days.. But I finally saw him today! Whoo hoo! He has a very formal outfit on. I think he just came from a meeting..

Now, that the other class was done... Time to do the mis en place ( Organize)

The first table is our group :) GOOO group 1!!!

Clean Up time!! Just want to show you the different angles of our kitchen :p

Whoa.. This stove top blew me away!! The flame is soo high! It's amazing! This is my first experience working with this kind of stove top... At home. I must be patient. But here at school.. TIME is GOLDEN :)

Here is where chef shows us demonstrations :) As you can see, the mirror faces towards the audience.. So if you are in the back, you can still see what's going on by watching Chef in the mirror :)

Some students wash the dishes while the others scrub the floor :) Say hi to Vanessa :) She's on the far right washing the dishes. Miguel scrubbing the floor. He is in my group and he's the one who cooked the delicious french onion soup :) He was absent yesterday so you didn't get to meet him..

Team Work!!! Whoo hoo!!

Enjoying washing dishes :)
Getting ready to mop the floor !!!

The room was clean when we finished.. It was golden when we left so I am not allowed to take a picture... JUST KIDDING hehe...

Time to go HOME!! and Get some beauty rest :)
