Good Morning!!! Hows your morning so far? Mine is going great! I just want to share with you my outfit of the day! I am wearing a blue sleeveless top with black and silver neckline (More zoomed in pictures as you go on :) ) matching with silver leggings and silver sandals. I accessorized my hair with white plumeria flower to compliment my blue, plumeria print tote bag! 
Mr. Ron Brown subbing for our FS104 Class today! Remember Ms. AJ? She is just dropping by to see if we're being productive :) Class hours: 8:00am-12:00pm
Here's the Agenda for today!! ( Far right) Whew... actually Mr. Brown added more classwork!!! The advantage of that is we only have 1 homework for this week!! It's 4 hours of hectic work!! Just kidding! We just did concept reviews, skills reviews, and independent challenges.
While I was taking a quick break, I decided to take candid shot of Shirley and Breanna :p We didn't get to finish all of our classwork.. even though we only took quick breaks! That's how much classwork we had to do! I feel like my eyes were burning for staring at the computer toooo long!!! ( have you felt that before?)
Task for Week 2! Its all about Microsoft Word!!! The task is simple, but time consuming :) I learned new terminologies whoo hoo!!!

Goodies :) I brought snacks but of course I can't eat them inside the computer lab!! A great motivation for me to finish my work! Trail Mix taste sooo Yummy!! It takes away your hunger too :)

There are various restaurants behind the south building! I noticed that there are a lot of customers coming in and out of flame broiler! I finally know why! It is sooo DELISH!!!
I ordered "the works bowl" Chicken, beef, and veggies with white rice :)
Just capturing the wonderful view :) Am I blocking it? haha... Well, I gave myself an hour to eat and walk around to see what other restaurants are there! Indian Cuisine caught my eye!!! I will take you with me next time I eat out :)
Walking towards South Building! I am full.. I got lots of energy to attack the work that I have to finish!!!! LETS GO!
"Secret Computer Lab" There no classes held in this room! So, AI students can do their work without disturbing a class!!!
Student ID Detector. For every computer lab, you need to place your ID card in front of the ID detector to open the door :)
As soon as I walked in the Computer Lab... Guess what?! Its Empty! In North building, there are plenty of culinary students coming in and out of the lab.. Good thing I checked the South building! Very peaceful! I can concentrate and focus on my work better:)
Computer Log in :) I chose the window seat :P ! Isn't that beautiful? It was really quiet and calm.. I finished more work than I expected! Right on!

Well, I saw the trolley approaching and yup! I didn't make it.... I am actually blessed that I didn't make it because I thought that this will be a perfect time to.......
Whoo hoo!! Window shop @ Fashion Valley Mall for the first time :) Visiting the mall gives me ideas on what's new.. what's in and what's out.. and of course discover new stores that provides new inventions and designs.. It could be electronics, fashion , or FOOD !!!!

My first impression of the mall ... Its kind of compact i thought.... But nooooo!!!!
You just need to be at the right side of the mall... it looks like there's only JCPenny and Macy's!
But Hey!! What do u know?! There's dippin dots too!!
I never heard of this store before.. Have you? I'm glad that I discovered it today! :)
EVERY Chef's DREAM!! You can find any kitchenware you could think of! Yup! I spent most of my time looking at cook books, kitchen ware, and place mats! They have very artistic design that's perfect for parties!!!
Crate and Barrel are also selling home decorations like HAMMOCKS!!! It made me imagine that I am sleeping on it in HAWAII!! :) Very lovely!
GODIVA Chocolatier!!! Makes you drool just by reading the company name :)
Just watching the lady coat the strawberries with milk chocolate.....
A zoomed in picture ... of the strawberry coated with chocolate that melts in your mouth!! YUMMM...

Can you believe it? I'm so amazed because I just walked on this street!! This photo was taken back in 1923...Mind Blowing isnt it?
This made me understand how things evolve.. In this case Meat Market and Groceries...
Now, you can't find meat hanging and see through a window... Now there's sanitation and food safety standards that every food company has to follow!
