Art Institute: Week 1 Day 2 Stocks

Today was a long day. I have two classes to go to but I had more energy and butterflies so the day went well. I posted more pictures this time so savor the moment and enjoy!! I am amazed on how much I learn in one day! What have you been up to? you can comment below and share what's up but for now let me tell you what I did today!

Food Safety and Sanitation with Mr. Robert Romaine 09:00am - 12:00pm



In Food Safety and Sanitation class, we initially started by Mr. Romaine introducing himself. We took a quiz on our knowledge about food safety at home and we also had a lecture on food borne illnesses.

Presenting all the knife cuts that we learned. Rondelle, Batonnet, Julienne sticks, medium and small brunoise dices, touner ( Football cut) and obliques for carrots and diced onions.

The day ended with all the student knowing how to sanitize, put the kitchenware where they belong to, and leaving the whole kitchen SPOTLESS!!!!
