Just Posing after 5 hour class :) Whoo... It went by fast!!! It was really fun !! I got to know Chef Cochran and my TEAM!!! We basically just went over the syllabus ( what is expected in class and how we're graded) and our plan for this Quarter :) We have plenty of reading to do so this blog will be a short one... Heeeyy But guess what?! I can take pictures inside the lab so you can see all the food that we'll be making :) Looks soo SCRUMPTIOUS!!!( I expect that it TASTE scrumptious too)
Love the TREE :) So i decided to pose there too :p hehe I'm so grateful for today! I cant even describe what I'm feeling... It's beyond what I expected for... My parents surprisingly fully supports me.. In high school, I didn't get much support in a way that they can't help me with what I'm learning because they too don't understand the material. Im thankful for my parents because their love for food inspired me to pursue this career. I learned many techniques from them so going to culinary school will enhance my skills further :) Im soo thrilled to learn!!! woot woot! Today was more of discussion but tomorrow is when all the cooking starts :) We will be making chicken stock and learn knife skills :) Whew.. I'll make sure to bring a pack of band-aid with me :p
Capturing the 1st day at Art Institute as a student :) If its worth living for, Its worth recording :) So that's what we did!!! This is an awesome experience that will be engraved in my life :) I have a LOT of butterflies in my stomach right now :) I'm super excited and there's a lot of surprises and blessings thats coming my way :) But most of all.. Im very blessed to have YOU in my life! you reading this blog means the world to me.. I deeply appreciate that :) I'm so blessed to have someone like you who truly supports me and loves me :) Woot woot!!!
