MID TERM Skills EXAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I survived Whooo hoooo!!!!!
Today, I had to do knife skills and tomorrow, I will be fabricating a chicken and cooking chicken consomme, bechamel sauce, veloute sauce and hollandaise sauce!!Im so excited :) (Photos will be up by tomorrow :)
My dad gave me a ride to school @ 8:30 in the morning today :
Along with my mom :)
We then dropped her off to speedy clean cleaners :) Love you m@m@ !
All buckled up!! Praying that I'll do fine today :)

I also got a grande hot chocolate for my mom :) My Morning is going great so far because I also partnered Starbucks with.....
Subway!! I'm feeling Super "S" today! Super Starbucks and Subway!! Yeaahh!!! I'm fired up for the Mid term! Bring it on! :p

Also Chef Cochran :) He went to the National Convention and got a medal :)
Chef Cochran also talked about ice carving :) His other class will be doing that tomorrow @ 5:30 pm! Here are the tools that he uses to carve ice ! Awesome :) By the way, the tools came from Japan!
After class, I went directly to the library :)
Yes.... Once again on facebook and blog :p It was barely 6:00 pm and I don't get a ride home till 11:00pm!! So I spent some time writing my blog and I spent most of my time redoing my action plan :)

Finally moved around 12:10 !!! That was a long wait!!!
Whoo hoo!! I survived the first half of my midterm.. I feel so relieved :) Okay tomorrow will be a big day because I'm cooking :) Wish me Luck! Make sure to come back to this blog post because I will add more pictures tomorrow. I got home around 12:30am and I have school at 9 am tomorrow :) I am very excited!
